Booking & Cancellation Policies (Strictly Enforced)
Overview of Policies
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Missed/late cancelled complimentary appointments are charged $100 at reschedule. All booking fees are void for late cancelled/missed appointments. Booking fees are non-refundable, yet transferable when rescheduling outside of the 48-hour cancellation policy. Below is an in depth description of our policies. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING.
All Bookings require a Non-Refundable Deposit/ Booking Fee (Commitment Fee)
Deposits are non-refundable, absolutely NO exceptions, so please ensure you double-check your availability before you book. Plan accordingly.
Appointments over $200 require a $100 non-refundable booking fee to reserve.
Appointments under $200, require a $50 non-refundable booking fee to reserve.
This fee is deducted from the total at check out.
It is transferable once with 48 hour notice minimum and valid for 6 months from the date it is received.
48-Hour Reschedule Policy
This non-negotiable, strictly enforced, policy means that 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment the booking fee becomes non-transferable.
Clients who reschedule within 48 hours will be required to pay a new booking fee to secure a new appointment.
Late Policy
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled and the booking fee forfeited. If you choose to rebook, another booking fee will have to be placed.
No Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for an appointment, or cancel the same day, for ANY reason will be charged a No Show Fee of 25 percent of the service booked.
If there was no booking fee on file, clients who no-showed will be required to pay the now-void booking fee, and the No-Show Fee, before being able to book in again.
Clients who do not show up for their complimentary 4-8 week touch up session, will forfeit the free session and be charged $100 to re-book again. If clients do not need the touch up session they will not be refunded any amount.
Policies like this are in place to protect our Artists time and income.
Clients who are 15 minutes late, do not give 48 hour notice to reschedule, or do not show up for their touch up, will lose the complimentary session.
Previous Permanent Makeup or Tattoo
If you’ve had previous tattooing done before by another artist but Nikolina or the staff member you are booking with, you MUST email info@beautybynikolina.com clear photos or message 519 277 4974 to get approval BEFORE booking. Not all existing work can be covered without removal first.
Clients who proceed to book an appointment with previous work that was not cleared by us:
If we can't work over it resulting in a cancelled appointment, you will not be refunded the $100 booking fee.
Clients who arrive to an appointment with previous work that was not previously cleared by us will forfeit their booking fee and will be charged 25 percent of the service price for the Artists time lost.
